Merus focuses on the development and preclinical validation of OligoclonicsTM and Bi-specific antibodies in multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, chronic inflammation, and infectious diseases. The goal is to demonstrate superior efficacy of these human recombinant antibody-based therapeutics in animal models and to further develop product candidates to filing of an IND and early clinical testing.
