Merus utilizes three complementary proprietary technologies. OligoclonicsTM are mixtures of 3-5 human monoclonal antibodies produced by a single, clonal production cell line. Bispecifics are single human monoclonal antibodies with 2 different binding sites. MeMoTM is a transgenic mouse that produces human antibodies that constitute the basis for OligoclonicsTM and Bispecifics.
