Oligoclonic™ human antibody mixtures are produced by co-transfection of individual cells with genetic constructs encoding three or more different sLC antibodies. Lead Oligoclonics™ mixtures are selected for superior biological activities such as increased potency in neutralization of viruses, improved neutralization and removal of cytokines and chemokines, enhanced tumor cell killing and prevention of escape and improved breath of viral protection. The stable and high-yield production of Oligoclonics™ antibody mixtures by a single, clonal cell line permits the use of development and production strategies currently exploited for conventional monoclonal antibodies in a cost-effective manner that is acceptable to regulatory authorities.
